Site terms

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These terms apply to the bulgacdevstudio.com website. Each app has its own terms on its page (for example the Concierge terms).

Who we are

Bulgac Dev Studio is the name under which Matteo Bulgac publishes his apps. To write to us, use the Contact page.

Using the site

The site presents the studio and its apps. You are free to browse it; you may not use it for unlawful purposes or try to damage it.

Intellectual property

The bulgacdevstudio.com website and the apps of Bulgac Dev Studio, such as Concierge, are works by Matteo Bulgac (Bulgac Dev Studio). They belong to him and are protected by copyright law (Italian Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941) and by the rules on trademarks and other distinctive signs:

When you download one of our apps, you only get permission to use it on your device, for personal use, under the app's terms and Apple's. You don't become the owner of anything, and you can't pass this permission on to anyone else.

What isn't allowed

Anyone who infringes these rights may have to pay damages and, where the law provides, may also face criminal liability. We reserve the right to take action to protect them. Uses the law allows, such as quoting part of a text in a review, are still fine.

What belongs to others

Some elements aren't ours and remain the property of their owners: the Cinzel and Nunito typefaces (SIL Open Font License), Apple's symbols and services (SF Symbols, iCloud, Maps, Weather) and the Apple, iPhone, CarPlay, Dynamic Island and App Store trademarks, which belong to Apple Inc. The content you create in the apps stays yours, as explained in each app's terms.

Want to use something of ours?

For articles, reviews or collaborations, write to us through the Contact page: if we can, we'll give you permission in writing. If you think something on the website or in one of our apps infringes your rights, write to us and we'll look into it.

Some links lead to other websites (for example the App Store): we are not responsible for their content.

Changes

We may update these terms: the date at the top shows when they last changed.

Governing law

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
