Concierge Club rules

Concierge Club · last updated: 19 October 2026

The Concierge Club is a place for friends: you show each other your daily ring, your streak and your keys, and send the odd gift. To keep it that way there are a few rules, the same for everyone. Zero tolerance: objectionable content is removed, and anyone who uses the Club to insult or harass others is removed too. These rules are part of the Concierge terms.

Who can join

To join the Club you must be at least 16 (14 in Italy), or have a parent's permission: we ask you the first time you join. At that moment you also choose what your Members can see about you: at first only your name is shown, and you turn on the rest yourself.

You can leave whenever you want from Profile › Privacy › Leave the Club: your Member profile is deleted and you're no longer in your Members' Clubs.

What isn't allowed

This applies to the name and photo on your Member profile and to everything you do in the Club: requests, gifts, invite codes.

Blocking and reporting

If someone bothers you, you don't have to wait for us: you can block them straight away, and report them so we can take a look.

After a report

How quickly do you look at it?

Within 24 hours. While we check it, the reported profile may be hidden from the Club straight away.

Does a person check it?

A first automatic check, with the help of artificial intelligence, can remove clearly offensive names straight away. Every decision can be reviewed by a person at the studio, and you can contest it through the Contact page.

What can happen?

It depends on what we find: we remove the name, remove the photo, remove the profile from the Club or, if nothing breaks the rules, leave everything as it is.

Will I find out what happened?

Yes: once we've decided, you get a notification with the outcome, as long as Concierge notifications are turned on. You can find the reports you've made in Profile › Privacy › Concierge Club › Safety.

Will they know it was me?

No. We never tell anyone who made a report. The same goes for blocking: the person you block isn't notified.

Consequences

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, don't wait for our reply: call your local emergency number (112 in the EU).

Think we got it wrong?

If you think we made a mistake, about your content or about a report you made, get in touch through the Contact page, tell us what happened and include your Club code. We'll review the decision and get back to you.
