This site uses no cookies, has no analytics, ads or social buttons that follow you, and loads nothing from third-party servers. Each app's privacy policy is on its page (for example the Concierge privacy policy).

Technical data

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To run it and protect it from attacks, Cloudflare briefly processes technical data about visits (such as IP address and browser type). We don't use it to find out who you are.

If you write to us

If you email us, we use your address and your message only to reply.

• Emails sent to [email protected] are received by the studio's server on Cloudflare and end up in the studio's mailbox, run on Google Gmail: messages are stored on Google's servers.
• We read them with the help of an artificial intelligence service (Anthropic, Claude), which answers common questions by itself and prepares the other replies. Automatic replies are marked as such.
• Questions about money, refunds, deleting data, reports or legal matters are always handled by a person.
• The text of the email goes to Anthropic only to prepare the reply. Anthropic does not use it to train its models.
• We keep emails in the studio's mailbox for as long as needed to handle the request, up to 24 months.

Service providers

For the site and the apps we rely on a few providers, who process data on our behalf and only for the service they provide:

• Cloudflare: hosts this site and the apps' server (for example for live activities and reports in the Concierge Club), which also receives support emails.
• Google (Gmail): stores emails sent to [email protected] and notices from the apps' server.
• Apple: App Store and iCloud, for the apps.
• Anthropic (Claude): an artificial intelligence service that helps us read and answer support emails and make a first check of reports in the Concierge Club. It does not use this data to train its models.

Some of them may also process data outside the European Union, with appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses). What each app does is explained on its privacy page.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies: no technical cookies, no analytics cookies, no profiling cookies. That's why we don't show a consent banner.

The only thing the site may save is the language you choose (Italian or English), in your browser's local storage (localStorage, key "lang"). It is saved only when you tap a language yourself, it's used only so the site doesn't ask again, and it never leaves your device. It's a setting you ask for and strictly necessary, so it needs no consent. To remove it, clear the site's data in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. You can also contact the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the one in your country.
