Terms of service

Concierge · last updated: 19 October 2026

By using Concierge you accept these terms. They apply together with Apple's standard licence agreement for App Store apps.

Who we are

Concierge is published by Matteo Bulgac under the name Bulgac Dev Studio. To write to us, use the Contact page.

The app

Concierge helps you organise your day. Alerts, travel times, weather and suggestions are guidance: always double-check important times and appointments yourself. Don't use your phone while driving: that's exactly why CarPlay navigation starts by itself.

Intellectual property

Concierge and the bulgacdevstudio.com website are works by Matteo Bulgac (Bulgac Dev Studio). They belong to him and are protected by copyright law (Italian Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941) and by the rules on trademarks and other distinctive signs:

When you download Concierge, you only get permission to use it on your device, for personal use, under these Terms and Apple's. You don't become the owner of anything, and you can't pass this permission on to anyone else.

What isn't allowed

Anyone who infringes these rights may have to pay damages and, where the law provides, may also face criminal liability. We reserve the right to take action to protect them.

What belongs to others

Some elements aren't ours and remain the property of their owners: the Cinzel and Nunito typefaces (SIL Open Font License), Apple's symbols and services (SF Symbols, iCloud, Maps, Weather) and the Apple, iPhone, CarPlay and App Store trademarks, which belong to Apple Inc. The content you create (activities, journal, your name and photo in the Club) stays yours: to show it to your Members, you only give us the permission needed to do that.

Want to use something of ours?

For articles, reviews or collaborations, write to us through the Contact page: if we can, we'll give you permission in writing. If you think something in the app or in the Club infringes your rights, write to us and we'll look into it.

Changes and availability

We improve the app often: some features may change or be removed. Some versions require an update to keep working. If we change these terms in an important way, we'll tell you in the app.

Liability

We do our best to make Concierge work well, but we can't guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Governing law

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts there.
