Concierge
Gold and purchases
Concierge is free to download and free to use. This page explains what you get with Gold and with each item in the Shop, and for how long. The price is always the one shown in the app before you pay: it varies by country. You pay with your Apple ID, and Apple handles payments and refunds.
Free
Without paying anything you get your day in one list, the current activity always in front of you, the ring and your streak, the Journal, goals, Pause and the Concierge Club with seasonal challenges and seals. Some things have a limit:

Gold
Gold is a subscription. You can choose between three lengths: Monthly, Quarterly (every 3 months) or Yearly. All three give you the same things:
- Dynamic Island and Lock Screen: the current activity with the time left, Done and +10 min without opening the app.
- Widgets on the Lock Screen and Home Screen: the ring, the current activity and when to leave.
- Custom alerts: an alert when each activity starts, even a few minutes before, with the sound you choose.
- Automatic CarPlay: at the right time, directions to your next appointment start on their own.
- Automatic Pause: Concierge pauses by itself when you want (every evening, every Sunday…).
- Statistics: how your days, weeks and months are going, plus the Your time widget on Home.
- Gold ring: when you close the ring it becomes a gold coin, and in the Club your Members see your gold band.
- Backgrounds, icons and a gold look: Golden night, Black and gold, Midnight, Champagne, Aurora or your own photo; gold icons; the app's colours and opening turn gold.
- Concierge sounds: Campanello, Cristallo, Arpa, Concierge and Aurora.
- Streak savers: one free every Monday, and Shop packs at a lower price.
- And every limit in the table above goes away.
Free trial. The first time, you can try Gold free for 7 days. When the trial ends, the subscription you chose starts at the price shown in the app, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The trial can be used only once per Apple ID.
Renewal and cancelling. Gold renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Concierge, at least 24 hours before renewal. Gold stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Then you're back on the free version: your activities, journal and goals stay, the Gold features stop.
Changing length. You can switch length in Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Concierge. Before you confirm, Apple tells you whether the change applies now or from the next renewal.
Streak savers
Your streak is the number of days in a row you close the ring. A streak saver covers one day when the ring stayed open, so your streak isn't broken.
- You buy them in the Shop in three packs: Coin (1), Handful (3) and Pouch (7). With Gold they cost less: the Shop shows the full price struck through with the Gold price below.
- They are consumable purchases: each one is used once. The ones you buy don't expire and stay until you use them.
- They stay on your iPhone and, if you turn on iCloud backup, in the backup too. Restore Purchases can't bring them back, because Apple doesn't restore consumable purchases.
- With Gold you get 1 free every Monday: it's valid that week and doesn't build up.
The Season
From time to time a Season opens with themed items. You can buy them only while the season is open, but once bought they're yours forever, even after the season ends. They aren't included in Gold: they're sold separately, at the same price for everyone.
The Winter Grand Hotel, from 1 December 2026 to 28 February 2027:
- Ice ring: the band of your ring, with your stone.
- "Snowy night" theme: the animated background of the whole app.
- Winter icon: the app icon on your Home Screen.
- Club plate: your rectangle in the Members leaderboard.
- Winter name: your name in ice letters, everywhere.
- All of winter: all five together, for less than the sum.
Season items come back on a new iPhone with Restore Purchases and the same Apple ID.
Gifts to Members
From a Member's profile you can give them:
- A streak saver, added to theirs.
- A month of Gold: your Member has Gold for 30 days, then goes back to how it was. It's not a subscription and doesn't renew: you pay once.
- The Winter Season (All of winter), only while the season is open. The items stay theirs forever.
Payments, refunds and restoring
- Every purchase goes through the App Store with your Apple ID. We never see or store your payment details.
- For a refund go to reportaproblem.apple.com: Apple decides.
- With Restore Purchases, on the Gold page or in the Shop, you get Gold and Season items back on a new iPhone with the same Apple ID.
- The other conditions are in the Terms of service. Your statutory consumer rights still apply.
