Concierge
Schedule, ring, journal and the road.
In the works.
The next app is already on the table.About us
A small studio,
with great care.
Bulgac Dev Studio was born in Italy in 2026, founded by Matteo Bulgac and a paper planner that just wasn't enough anymore. That's where Concierge came from: first for personal use, then for anyone who wants more organised days.
Today we are an independent studio: we design, build and look after every app from start to finish, listening to the people who use them every day.
Our mission
Time well spent,
data kept safe.
We want to make apps that give you time back instead of taking it: they open, tell you what you need and let you go.
Quality
Every detail matters
Smooth animations, the right haptics, clear words. If something isn't good enough, it doesn't ship.
Apple
Native to iPhone
Dynamic Island, CarPlay, Face ID, iCloud: we use what your iPhone can do, no shortcuts.
Listening
They grow with you
Frequent updates, guided by the people who use them. Write to us: we read everything.
